The Petroleum Refinery in Rajasthan is being established in Pachpadra, Barmer district, which is a joint venture of HPCL and the Government of Rajasthan.

Sambhar Salt Limited, an undertaking of the Government of India, produces salt from Sambhar Lake. Sambhar Lake is India's largest inland saltwater lake.

RIICO has developed Agro Food Parks in Kota, Jodhpur, Ganganagar, and Alwar to promote the processing of agricultural products.
