Refund Policy – Examwise

At Examwise, we aim to provide high-quality learning content and a smooth user experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for course purchases, test series, or any paid service on our platform.
1. No Refund After Course Activation
Once a paid course, package, or test series is successfully activated or accessed in your account:
- The purchase becomes non-refundable.
- The user is considered to have received the digital content.
- No cancellation or reversal can be processed after activation.
2. Instant Digital Delivery
Examwise sells digital educational content (MCQs, quizzes, course modules, PDFs, mock tests, etc.) that is delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Digital goods cannot be returned once accessed, hence refunds are generally not provided.
3. Duplicate or Failed Payment
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Amount debited twice for the same transaction
- Payment deducted but course not activated within 24 hours
- Transaction marked as failed by the payment gateway
Such refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within **5–7 business days** after verification.
4. Wrong Product Purchase by User
If a user accidentally purchases the wrong course or package:
- Refunds are generally not available once digital content is accessed.
- However, we may review the case if the content was not opened.
5. Technical Issues
If there is a technical problem preventing course access:
- We will provide technical support to resolve the issue.
- If the issue cannot be resolved and content was never accessed, a refund may be considered.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund (only where applicable), email us with:
- Your name
- Registered mobile number
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Reason for refund request

7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- User changed their mind after purchase
- User expected a different type of content
- User has already accessed or downloaded content
- Slow internet, phone issues, or device incompatibility
- Low performance in exams or tests

Examwise may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
