Delete Account & Data Request
If you wish to delete your ExamWise account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:
How to Request Account Deletion:
1. Send an email to info@trkgo.in with subject: "Delete My ExamWise Account"
2. Include your registered phone number in the email
3. We will process your request within 7 business days
What data will be deleted:
- Your profile information (name, phone number)
- Your course progress and history
- Your purchase history records
Note: Some data may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes for up to 90 days after deletion.
